waiting long period of time for my breakfast. left the restaurant due to time constraints. Called the McDonalds to request a refund. Manager began to argue with me as to why i left. Manager would not give me her name. I asked why, and the Manager said ” i don’t have to deal with you” and hung up on me.

Terrible Management
I visited the Peachtree City, GA location off Hwy. 54 this evening and was charged twice for my meal. When I went in to speak to the manager, he yelled at me that company policy was the extra charge will drop off after 24 hours. He literally yelled at me. He also pushed another manager while yelling at me. I will NEVER visit McDonald’s again!!! This is absolutely absurd!!

McDonald’s Monroe North Carolina, manager cussed at me calling me white b**** serving cold food, employee not knowing how to give back change, refuse to refund my money and get my food. Not the Ice-T off of the drive-thru window against my car.

The worker put coffee instead of hot chocolate in the cup and my 7 year old grandson drank it all.

I ordered
I ordered a big breakfast and it was cold. The english muffin was hard. I don’t know if the liquid machine is clean because the water had a hint of mold taste in it.
