LAst week ( 14 May)I walked in, ordered a 4 piece box to go. 35 mins later, I approached the counter and asked where my order was? ( I was not rude) the receipt I had didnt have any name on it, and so the girl at the counter called the manager to the counter. He looked at my receipt and said something went wrong, we didnt even charge your card, he said.He kept my receipt for some unknown reason, and I said I didnt want the order that  didnt get ordered in the first place, and I left without any receipt. I check my card that day at home and I was charged 13.31 My Navy Federal credit union says I needed a receipt to enter a dispute, but I dont have one. I have a copy of my credit card charges, and can provide them.
