very dirty no apparent hand washing other people hanging out walking behind the counter

This franchise is not well managed!!  Look at the reviews!!

There were people sitting on equipment in the back that appear to  be under the influence of something and then walk up with cell phone video to interrupt the employees trying to wait on customers.  Truly a health hazard, not making much of an attempt to keep food area clean.    I can handle slow it’s not that big of a city but, this is ridiculous.  No wonder there aren’t lines at this site any more.
