Today 6/1/25 I went through Sonic Drive through at Gage and Huntoon, which I often do, and Trevion tried to keep all my change. He acted like it was normal and he even said so. His exact words were “Do you want your change?”. I replied a firm “yes”. He then handed me my 2 ones, and he stated “what I meant by that is most people do not want this”, and he held the coins in his hands. I said “yes I want it and that question is a rude and poor choice question”.
It is apparent this young employee makes a habit of keeping peoples change and basically expecting to do so. Not only does he not know how to count back correct change, but he keeps the change. VERY POOR. And he looked at me like I was the bad guy.
