Theft, bad service, broken parts

I have never been more disappointed in a business before like I am now. Meineke (206 N Lombard Ave Portland, OR 97217) This service center used to be really good (back when Kayla was there in 2011) and now that she’s gone and they have other “mechanics”…. HA HA HA HA HA!!!! Took my car in for some work. Well, I was more than disappointed when the work was done. Not only was I disappointed but I was lied to as well. Shocks, struts, steering, spark plus, etc…… When they called for my car to be picked up we were told that everything was all good, that they test drove it and everything (mind you it was closing for them so we were the last customers our for the night). Our car made the worst clunk clunk clunk. Took it back to them the next day. They admitted to installing a BROKEN shock/strut on my car. Said they would fix it as well as several other things. They broke my license plate light, and it’s now taped in and we still haven’t been called with the part. If we take the tape off, then my light flaps in the wind while I drive. We’ve called several times in the last few weeks we’ve had our car back and they keep saying they’re “ordering the part”. Since leaving the shop after they “replaced the broken part” they installed my car has a constant squeak and squeal and a really bad knock. It really knocks hard when you’re steering. I have called corporate and been told they can’t do anything to help me. I have also contacted better business bureau. Don’t go here anymore. They robbed me of my money, left my car in worse shape and have no intention of doing anything to write the wrong they created. I took my car to them to be fixed and trusted them with my car because they had never done me wrong before. But I guess when businesses don’t vet anyone and just hire lazy bums off the street who think that chewed gum and duct tape is a fix all then I guess you get SHIT SERVICE and THEFT!!! They don’t value anyone. Their customers don’t matter to them!! It’s all about stealing money and lying about what they did.
