Waited nearly 20 minutes to get food in drive through.

I waited nearly 20 minutes to get food in drive through.  The staffhelped the line instead of serving drive through customer in order.  When I said whydo you have a drive through if there if it take a long time to get served the manager was rude and when I said I would call someone abover here she was flippant in herresponse.
