ColoSpgs CO Village Center 80919; AC is broken — the business is extremely HOT

Today (7/27/26) I got a haircut at the Village Center Great Clips in Colorado Springs. The AC is broken (and reportedly has been for a week) and the business was VERY HOT! I needed the haircut and got it, thanks to the dedicated staff. I was the only customer there and can understand why — it was really too hot inside, and this was in spite of having some fans set up inside. Temps in ColoSpgs have been extremely hot – well above the average for this time. The staff was sweating as was I. The Francise owner needs to do more! Either shut this location down until the AC is fixed, to do something more proactive than the fans.  How about buying and installing 1 or 2 portable AC units. The nearby Lowes has these for from $300-550 and they are easy to set up. He can also charge this cost back to the property owner or file a small claims suit to recover costs. Bottom line — either shut it down or do more. your staff will be more dedicated, and the customers will see you caring about and serving them.
