Awful franchise

MaidPro of Frederick The worst cleaning franchise ever. Too much drama. The cleaning girls & owners discuss all the customers and their houses negatively. In addition they collect unemployment & payroll check at the same time a their girl told me. Their cleaning is just ok sometimes. Other times awful. Leave crumbs on floor. Scattered vacuuming. Forget to wash floors other then squirting solution from bottle on floor and wipe. In almost a year never saw them wipe kitchen cabinets.  Do not clean kitchen very thoroughly. During the covid the one worker did not wear mask.
