Hours of operation

I was wondering why when the hours of operation state open at 4 am  and even on the website and you go to the drive thru at 4:35 am on Sunday morning there isn’t a sole to be found and the building is pitch black. Is it we make our own hours, or employees go to work when they feel like it!?
