Cafe Lola has one poor performing location and are now trying to offer a franchise model that is just stealing $$$

I have heard awful things about Cafe Lola. They have one coffee shop in Las Vegas, NV and now are trying to sucker investors into franchising with them. They have one poor performing location and are trying to take advantage of people.
