Discrimination

I was hired at Dunkins in Morristown Vt. I realize VT is a no cause state but the fact that the manager said accusations that were unfounded in front of co workers about substance use .abuse..and other things were defaming of character..and since he did tell me he based firing me for the assuming i was using drugs, is discriminatory.
