Inability to get an order correct

The McDonald’s near my house just served me a quarter pound hamburger that looked like it had been run over, it was a sloppy mess that they had clearly put cheese on when I ordered it WITHOUT CHEESE, and they put cheese on it then scraped the mess off taking half the meat with it. I took it back to the counter and ask them if they would be satisfied getting such a mess after they paid for their meal. I was really very angry about it because they acted like it was no big deal and I was just starving. I walked out no refund and will never go back. I rarely go to that McDonald’s because they have had a history of not getting orders right about 70% of the time, they just default to putting cheese (if that really is even cheese) on everything, I am surprised they don’t put it in the coffee. This was the last time.
