Dear Wendy’s Corporate Leadership,
I am reaching out to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding an interview experience at one of your locations. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the highest level of management, as it reflects poorly on Wendy’s hiring process and brand reputation. So furthermore I am writing to express my disappointment with the unprofessional experience I encountered. I had high expectations going into this opportunity, but unfortunately, the way the process was handled left me frustrated and feeling like my time was disrespected and completely wasted.
I arrived at my scheduled interview on time with intentions of conducting said interview with manager “Colleen McDaniel”

I woke up early excited for the opportunity, l had dressed professionally and was ready to have a meaningful conversation. However, I ended up waiting nearly an hour past my appointment before anyone even acknowledged me. I would have been ok with rescheduling even if they were so busy, for I had another interview shortly after which was starting to cut it close. Had I not taken the initiative to approach an employee myself, I’m not sure how much longer I would have been ignored.
To make matters worse, after all that waiting, I was interviewed by a junior employee rather than someone with the proper authority to conduct the interview. This, along with the lack of communication and respect for my time, raised serious red flags about the professionalism and organization of this establishment. The restaurant was not even busy at the time, yet I was given an excuse that they were somehow “too busy” to conduct the interview on time.
Frankly, I regret putting in the effort to attend this interview. It was an incredibly poor reflection of Wendy’s hiring process, and I believe this is something that should be addressed to prevent others from having the same disappointing experience.
I strongly urge corporate leadership to investigate and address this issue. I would appreciate a direct response from someone with the authority to take corrective action. Please advise me on how this situation will be rectified.
I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary. I would appreciate a response with good explanation or compensation. Thank you
Sincerely,
Tyler Rambo
