Unable to cancel membership in person

They do not have staff present at gym locations during STAFF HOURS. The contract states I can cancel IN PERSON, yet I cannot since no-one is EVER present onsite to handle cancellation requests. They do not answer phones (either the local gym, or their corporate phone line) or return voicemails, so I’ve been unable to arrange an appointment for an in-person meeting. This is a breach of contract.

Also, they auto-renewed the contract WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

Simply put they will not let you cancel your membership, even in person. I emailed ABC Fitness Solutions, and they said they couldn’t cancel by email, that I would have to contact my local gym. I CANNOT CONTACT THEM. And from the complaints I’ve seen people have sent their cancellation by mail, and they’ve not honored those cancellation requests either.
