I wanted you to see the sandwich that was served to me, but I can’t find a place to send a photo. The steak was so burnt it was black and tasted awful. This is not the location that I typically go to. The thought that they could give this awful steak to a take out order and be off the hook.I went back in to talk to the person in charge who said “so?” They were busy and he was clearly in over his head. I frequent the Hamlin, PA store and have never had a problem. I sent this in back in May 2025 and have never received any reply of how this was addressed.
