Cold old food

I went through the drive up window at 2:30 pm after spending 8 hours in the hospital with no food and I received a cold (not even a hint of warmth) cheeseburger and French fries that were lukewarm, limp, greasy, which had obviously been sitting for sometime. As fast as both can be cooked there is absolutely no good reason for this type of food!
