Nobody operating front cashier station

Cold old food
I went through the drive up window at 2:30 pm after spending 8 hours in the hospital with no food and I received a cold (not even a hint of warmth) cheeseburger and French fries that were lukewarm, limp, greasy, which had obviously been sitting for sometime. Your workers are on their phones, instead of working. The wait times to get food is outrageous. So many people leave because of the long waits. Your managers are not enforcing teamwork.
