My last visit
I am on a strict diet for health reasons and have been ordering the 6 inch SUB with out the bread for a few weeks a few times a week around $3. A small portion of food! Apparently I am not suppose to order that! They should have just told me I could not order that. Associates were talking about me doing that…. loud enough for me to hear .They didn’t want me to have that…
Associate asked if I wanted the protein bowl and I said no I can’t have that much food at one time.
They fixed me the protein bowl even if I said no I can not eat that much at one time.
I guess they will not miss my business, It was nice having fresh food portions but I will not be returning. I am HR for a major company and will use this to teach new associate going forward. No one should feel belittled , or made to get something they don’t want. I hope this is used as a teaching moment for the very rude young lady that waited on me. If I would not have been picking up someone else’s food I would of walked out.
