Stopped at the Harriman TN store and was extremely disappointed in the staff and the management. Not to mention the chicken as well!
I received my order and found the biscuits and chicken stuffed into the bucket. The biscuits were smashed and flattened and the breading on the chicken was 90% rubbed off and gone. Looked like throw away slop not KFC chicken!
I have never seen such poor quality and lack of interest to rectify the mess. Management showed little interest and emotion!
Take note that I am not the only person here in Harriman that has complained about the lackluster product KFC is producing .
I will NEVER solicit this store again. Enjoy the $35.00 I paid for the meal…..it’s the last money y’all will get from me.
