Being way overcharged by a very untrained employee who then stated he was the manager when he was clearly not

I ordered an extramost bestest pep with extra sauce (7.49) he made a mistake while sending the order back rerung it priced out at 12.56 when i asked how come so much he prceeded to be very arrogant and tell me thats how it is, when asked to present the manager he stated that was him. No nametags on anybody the place was filthy and him and the crew could all use a lesson about wearing sn apron because their clothers were covered in caked on flour and toppings. The health dept would be very interested im sure. But i kept asking the young man if that seemed right to him and as he high fived his fellow employees arrogantly held his ground.! Nobody at anytime washed their hands, or wiped down any part of the establishmen which wS filthy!!!
