Discrimination and theft set up

Previous employees fired due to stealing from Dunkin located at

Manager, Carlos gives minors slap on the wrist for stealing and then hires them back. No manner, no respect and minor are allowed to work and run the store without a manager present.
An employee was set up to steal while the named manager was watching on the cameras as this employee took money from the register and was instructed to buy gift cards, while this was unfolding he was watching not once calling the store or questioning said employee.  The employee was told to give the money back as if they kept that money, and threat were made to file charges if said money was not given, yet that employee was told they can keep their job.  On the other hand this incident happened 2 weeks after this mentioned by address Dunkin franchise bounce said employee pay check.  Needless to say this said employee worked for this location for 2 years and even took double shift to help a place that at the moment is trying to ruin their life by treating them like a criminal.  This employee is being charge with theft of the amount of $243. which they did not keep and explained what happened.
At the same time another manager name Lucy, said they will conduct an investigation as they never had any issues or complains about this employee and that she was going to make sure to ask the owner to dismiss any issues against this employee as they were very good at their job and very trust worthy.  She was also going to investigate as to why Carlos was looking at the cameras since he shouldn’t have and not intervene.  This all looks as a complete set up and inside job all possible by Carlos who runs all these minors.
