Failure to honor H&R Block’s tax guarantee

Paid almost $100. to have a simple tax filing.  I was told that I would not owe any taxes.  I then received an assessment from revenue Quebec which stated that I owed $400.00.  My taxable income was only 2,300 dollars.  When I returned to the H&R B;\lock office, I was told that I would have to take it up with Revenue Quebec.  H&R Block’s web site states that if a client is assessed more taxes than calculated by H&R Block the they wouold assist in fixing the problem or, pay the difference.  None of this was even offered by this office.
