I am writing to formally file a complaint about an incident that occurred at approximately 7:15 PM today at your 4245 Tamiami Trail N Naples Fl 34103 drive-thru.
We ordered a strawberry milkshake, but upon receiving it, we noticed it lacked any strawberry flavor. When we pointed this out and requested that it be remade, we were told dismissively, “that’s how it comes.” When we disagreed, the employee, named Jose, responded with a very poor attitude and showed no willingness to correct the mistake.
To make matters worse, Jose began yelling, which was entirely uncalled for and unprofessional. The manager on duty, rather than diffusing the situation with courtesy and professionalism, was also rude and dismissive.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had a negative experience at this particular McDonald’s location. There always seems to be some kind of issue, whether it’s incorrect orders, poor customer service, or lack of professionalism among the staff. It has become a pattern that seriously undermines trust in your brand.
As loyal customers, we expect better. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to address both this incident and the ongoing problems at this location.
