hiring process

filled out an application to McDonalds in Crowley Texas on line and it set me up an appointment for an interview. When I showed up for the interview, I was told they had no applications and to come back on Thursday. when i came back Thursday they said to come back on Friday for an application. When I showed up Friday, they said they do interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they were waiting for their applications to come in. i took it upon myself to call another McDonalds and ask if they had any applications. they did and i went to pick one up. i filled out the application and turned it in to the Crowley McDonalds along with my resume to the manager. the manager took my application and said she didnt need my resume. i was instructed to take the e-handlers food course which cost me money. i completed the course and texted a screen shot to the hiring manager. she then said to send me contact and info for her to put me into the system. i gave her the requested information. she never replied. she said she would contact me so i waited. after 2 days i texted her to follow up and she said to come in for orientation info at 9:30 on  Thursday 7-3-25.  i waited about 20 minutes when she came back and said I’m sorry I’ve been really busy can you come back on Saturday 7-5-25. is this the way business is conducted these days? im an honest person looking for a chance to work and i keep getting put off
