I was charged twice through PayPal for the same order.

I was charged twice for the same order. The first order did not include the tip so it was sent through again. I called when I  was notified of the 2nd charge and the manager in the store at that time said she couldn’t help me because she didn’t know anything about the payment systems.  I called the next day and the manager kept telling me to call my bank because there was no way they could make that mistake.  With two different amounts being used I find that hard to believe.  He was also rude,  dismissive and did seem to care in the least that a customer was not satisfied.
