Ignorant unprofessional customer service from the person working the drive-thru window at a McDonalds in Jackson, Ms.

I arrived at McDonald’s at 1220 Gallatin in Jackson, MS, on Wednesday. June 11, 2025, at approximately 4:30 pm. I went to the drive-thru and the person spoke through the intercom, asking if I was using a mobile app, to which I said no. She said Continue with my order. When I tried to give my order, which was a double fillet-o-fish meal with no tartar sauce, the employee became rude and kept cutting me off. I said if you let me finish speaking before you cut me off, then you can get my order right. This was not the first time I had an issue with this McDonald’s. Last time I ordered the same thing from the drive-thru and got home only to discover the fillet-o-fish sandwich had tarter sauce on it. This employee then said she don’t have to serve me a damn thing and I better get my ass out the line or the police will move me. Mind you, I don’t know who this person is, and she doesn’t know me. It was insulting as a customer to be threatened with law enforcement over a McDonald’s meal. Two weeks ago I was in that restaurant and a little old man sat his drink on the table, and when he reached for it, it spilled over on the floor. One of the girls behind the counter called that man all kinds of derogatory names and said his ass ought to clean it up his damn self. The lobby was filled with customers at the time who were appalled at her behavior. Whoever owns this franchise needs to address customer service protocols with the entire staff and maybe consider replacing the manager there. I truly believe the characters that work at this location will spit in peoples food or do something worst. They have zero customer services skills and are a stain on the McDonald’s name.
