This franchise is not well managed!! Look at the reviews!! There were people sitting on equipment in the back that appear to be under the influence of something and then walk up with cell phone video to interrupt the employees trying to wait on customers. Visited the Subway near my home. Went inside to order 4 sandwiches and chips to go. A smug, insolent older mexican lady asked if she could take my order. I live in Kenai. Just the other day. Monday, the manager of the Kenai SUBWAY was Inside the store standing at the cash register with a cigarette IN her mouth ! It wasn’t lit, but very shocking and distasteful behavior. Especially knowing that the person is a manager! A big NO/NO if my opinion matters.
