Unpaid for injury

I had a slip and fall on 08/10/2019 in Tarboro, NC. I thought injury was minor but turned out I have two herniated discs because of this. My claim was denied, of course, and I am still dealing with injury in which I didn’t get compensated for. This is an injury I have to live with for the rest of my life and this franchise has left me in pain, still needing medical treatment and non-compensated for their slippery floor.
