Customer Service

Went inside store #7865 in Rosedale MD on 8/3/22 at 6:00 pm.

A woman who said she was the manager had attitude with the gentleman in front of us when he asked about the soda machine not working, no ice and flat soft drinks.

He then asked her for Arby’s Sauce for his sandwich,  tarter sauce for the fish, and ketchup for his fries. She handed only two Arby’s sauce and he asked could he get a couple more she proceeded to ring up all the condiments he asked for and attempted to charge him $5.00 for ketchup and tarter sauce to which she said they were out of.

When she took our order she was not listening to what we ordered and when we repeated what we were attempting to order she started talking about us to another employee.

She then handed us our order and it was missing one complete meal, the one we received had only three pieces when it should of had 5. Then had attitude when we asked for the cup to our drinks.

I requested that she void the purchase and refund the money. Again, getting smart and picking up her personal phone and talking to someone about the customers.

At that point, the semi long line of people behind us proceeded to leave. Not only did she cost Arby’s money from the horrible customer service she also used her bare hands to check in the bags when we told her that our order was not complete.

She had on a face mask but kept touching it with her bare hand to move it up and down while she sarcasticly spoke. So horrible customer service, bare hands touching face mask, touching cell phone then touching the inside of the bag where the food is unacceptable in a food service industry.

I’m sure my few missing visits won’t impact your business but with all the people that left might eventually catch up to your bottom line.
