At Wendy’s, Leland, NC, 6/26/’21: I ordered Apple Pecan Salad with the apples and cheese on the side. I said it several times, including again at the pay window, correcting the clerk when she made it sound like extra cheese and apple. I told her, “No. Just put the cheese and apple that go with the salad, on the side.” Still, after all these repetitions, they came in the salad. No sides. But I was charged for cheese and apple sides.
