Bad experience at there resterant and there franchise complaint line would not except even when I entered the info they asked for

I ordered 40$ worth of coffee and donuts via the phone, assured that the time I would be picking it up it would be available. When I got there at appointed time no one knew anything about my order. They could not fill it because they didn’t have enough and no coffee was made. My family was gathering with my failing father and their actions made me late as I had to find somewhere to purchase coffee and dessert. When I spoke to the manager the next day he said they probably forgot. NOT ACCEPTABLE! All it takes is one person to not do their job to have ramifications for others.
