Let me introduce myself to you. I am 86 years old

Let me introduce myself to you. I am 86 years old, a retired schoolteacher, with a urinary control problem. If I don’t get to the bathroom quickly I will pee my pants. Today I stopped at Arby’s located at 16338 N Oracle Road. I entered the restaurant to buy approximately $20 of food. I wanted to go to the bathroom first. There was a combination lock on the bathroom door. The manager said you have to order and pay for your food first. I said I need to go to the bathroom first. We can’t let you use the bathroom until you have placed and paid for your order. I repeated I need to go to the bathroom several times. He said there is a free bathroom at the park two blocks north of here. I said you are ruining your business by handling this situation the way you are. He said “you are harassing me, I going to call the police on you.” He turned and walked to his office so I left quietly and calmly. Before that a woman had her sack of food. She told the manager I’m a paying customer would you let my friend use the restroom. The manager said , “No he’s not your friend.” The manager said, “I work here 5 days a week and I have never seen you before. I pointed to an assistant manager and I said see has seen me many times. I have bought at this particular restaurant many times. Arby’s is my favorite fast food. At least it used to be. I expect a letter of apology from the franchise owner and the manager both. The manager had no managerial skills. He acted as a mob boss. If I had talked to a student the way the manager talked to me I would have been fired from my job. Teach the manager to look at the customer. If the customer looks respectable then let the customer use the bathroom before ordering. I am not a complaining person. This is the first letter I have ever written complaining about service. Please send me a reply at jmfaalias@gmail.com. Thank you. I will not promote Arby’s again until I receive a reply.
