Your workers are on their phones, instead of working. The wait times to get food is outrageous. So many people leave because of the long waits. Your managers are not enforcing teamwork. We have had multiple bad experiences at the McDonald’s franchise on 865 Durham Rd, Wake Forest NC 27587, #12332. I visited the Peachtree City, GA location off Hwy. 54 this evening and was charged twice for my meal. When I went in to speak to the manager, he yelled at me that company policy was the extra charge will drop off after 24 hours. He literally yelled at me.
