We have had multiple bad experiences at the McDonald’s franchise on 865 Durham Rd, Wake Forest NC 27587, #12332. Frequent mistakes on orders, poor quality food prep (partially wrapped) foods and drinks (low syrup, low carbonation), extremely rude staff, long wait times even when preordering on an app.!!! waiting long period of time for my breakfast. left the restaurant due to time constraints. Called the McDonalds to request a refund. Manager began to argue with me as to why i left. Terrible Management
I visited the Peachtree City, GA location off Hwy. 54 this evening and was charged twice for my meal. When I went in to speak to the manager, he yelled at me that company policy was the extra charge will drop off after 24 hours. He literally yelled at me. He also pushed another manager while yelling at me. I will NEVER visit McDonald’s again!!! This is absolutely absurd!!
