missing W@

I was working in franchise number 5367. I never received my arbys W2, the manager and the owners were not upstanding employers, the manager is very vindictive and petty. i worked for a year without manager pay after signing the assistant manger agreement. The manger has hired her boyfriend and kids and favors them over all. I have not received my W2 and i need it immediately.
