store number 3127 has absolutely horrible customer service. i arrived to place a carryout order and was turned away at the door and told to place an order online. I did this, and paid for the order, watched the screen change from ericka making the order to it being ready for pickup. told by a rude driver they have no order no record of it and they shut the door. they do not answer the phone. i am demanding a refund but cannot get any help.
