Ongoing maintenance of equipment (TV’s & workout) is severely lacking at the Bristol, VA Planet Fitness franchise location. Management seems uninterested in taking any action with parent company to get issues resolved. He (Ben – GM) noted it may take up to three (3) months to get maintenance on-site.

the Westtown PA Planet Fitness charged my account without my authorization. my account was suspended during covid with no plans to return at this time and since they reopened have charged me the annual fee and monthly fee – again without my authorization. this is not the first time I feel robbed by this facility.
