Staff did not ask me or provide me with a receipt for my purchase. As part of my order there was a 4piece nugget, I was asked which sauce I would like, responded “honey mustard”, but was not given sauce packet.

the worst service and food

Restaurant opened finally for 3 days and is now closed again! Why renovate a restaurant and then close it?
Employee who answered the phone was VERY VERY rude.
I placed an order through the app not realizing the restaurant closed early. There was no indication on the app that they closed early. I understand it is difficult to get workers right now, but I cannot believe how rude she was! We have had issues at this Wendys several times and will not be returning at any time. Management and Ownership lack of customer service

Sunday, August 23, 2020 Wendy’s in Orland Park, Illinois not adhering to mandatory mask order. Dining room is not open so you can only go through the drive thu.
