customer service for the people with hearing disability

Went in the 23018 hwy 202 Anniston al location. I explained to Rachel and lauren I am deaf and I read lips would they pull mask down. Lauren was helping me and there was glass between us and I was not close to it. She blatantly refused.  What was also so frusterating was that Rachael had her mask pulled down exposing her nose and top lip. I know she needed a breather so I hope she doesn’t get in trouble but the fact of the matter is my request was very minimal and doable. Subway obviously needs some training on how to handle people with disabilities  thru this pandemic. I personally will not go back to this location.
