Only gave 3 out of the 4 orders that I paid my hard earned money. Then hung up the phone after requesting the owner information.

I order four meals and was only giving 3 of the meals. They gave me my four drinks. After getting back to work my coworker noticed only 3 meals. I have a 30 minutes lunch break told them. They simply said come back to get the meal. I said again 30 minutes for lunch, now I have to adjust my schedule to fix your mistake. The employees was unprofessional as I watch them talking and joking through the drive-thru window. Once on the phone as I felt they were not address the issue, I asked for the owner contact information. The employee then hung up the phone. You lost a loyal customer.
