Unable to cancel membership in person

They do not have staff present at gym locations during STAFF HOURS. The contract states I can cancel IN PERSON, yet I cannot since no-one is EVER present onsite to handle cancellation requests. They do not answer phones (either the local gym, or their corporate phone line) or return voicemails, so I’ve been unable to arrange an appointment for an in-person meeting.
