Employee trying to keep my change $2.15. States he does it all the time.

Bad product, employees with ATTITUDE shameful business model

Unable to cancel membership in person

They do not have staff present at gym locations during STAFF HOURS. The contract states I can cancel IN PERSON, yet I cannot since no-one is EVER present onsite to handle cancellation requests.
