I entered store while people were paying for their pizza. I walked up to the counter and when I tried to give my order to the boy at the counter he proceeded to tell me that they were closed. That was rude and lazy. I probably won’t be back.
Product quality

Unauthorized charges and use of gift card
After canceling a membership Hand and Stone Littleton, CO continued to bill monthly fee without authorization to me credit card. Once I blocked that, they then used my gift card and charged two more month fees which I’m unable to get refunded. Bedbugs and no manager
Lack of empowerment of front desk to refund a night’s charge when someone in party encountered bedbugs. Manager could NOT be reached to address the situation. We had to leave hotel with a charge for a night we could not stay due to bedbugs.

Wait time and food quality
This complaint is for store ID 01759-0002. I frequent Little Caesars weekly. Every visit there is a a 15 to 20 minute wait and the pizza is either cold or incorrect. I visit Little Caesars for little or no wait time as advertised. When I asked for the franchise’s name and number, none of the employees knew it.
