associate on giving me something I did not order

Unauthorized charges and use of gift card

After canceling a membership Hand and Stone Littleton, CO continued to bill monthly fee without authorization to me credit card.  Once I blocked that,  they then used my gift card and charged two more month fees which I’m unable to get refunded.  This business STOLE $210 and is doing nothing to rectify the situation after over a year of trying to get this accomplished

IS OUT OF CONTROL WITH TRUCKS PARKING WHERE EVER THEY WANT, NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING!
